Ingredients:

  1. 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces.
  2. Black peeper: 1/2 teaspoon.
  3. Salt : 1 teaspoon.
  4. Peanut oil : 2 tablespoon
  5. All purpose flour : 2 Tablespoon
  6. Shao hsing wine : 3 tablespoon
  7. Cloves garlic :10 ( peeled)
  8. Chicken stocks :  one and half cups
  9. Light soy sauce : 2 Tablespoon

Directions:

  1.  Season Chicken with black peeper and salt. Then toss it with flour until coated.
  2. Until begins to smoke , heat peanut oil in a large skillet over high heat. Put chicken and fry until the pieces are lightly browned on the outside, 5 to 6 minutes.
  3. Turn heat to medium and add whole garlic cloves , continue frying for 5 minutes.
  4. Add shao hsing wine , chicken stock and soy sauce. Turn heat to low.
  5. Cover the simmer for 25 minutes until the chicken is tender.
  6. Remove garlic cloves before serving.
