How to prepare Lobster tails and how to grill lobster tails:

  • Buy Lobster tails and cut through the shell using kitchen shears from the top of each tail.
  • Once you halved the lobster tails ,pat the flash dry with paper towel, brush them with olive oil, then season with coarse salt and black peeper.
  • At about 5 minutes, place the lobster tails flesh side down onto grill and cook. The meat will grill properly without sticking to grill plates.
  • Flip lobster and brush with herb, butter and melted garlic .Then cover with foil and grill until just cooked through.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh chopped chives 1 tablespoon
  • Coarse salt : 1/4 tablespoon
  • Cracked black peeper
  • ┬álemon wedges
  • Crushed red peeper flakes
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • 250 g lobster tails

Directions:

  • Preheat grill pan over medium heat.
  • Cut top of lobster shell from meaty part of tail , using kitchen shears . Cut lobster tail in half through mean down the center, using a knife.
  • Whisk together lemon juice, peeper , herbs, garlic, salt and melted butter in a small bowl .
  • Brush lobster meat with oil. After that season with salt peeper about 4-5 minutes.
  • Grill flesh until lightly charred . Flip lobster brush meat with garlic butter mixture.
  • About 3-4 minutes cover with lid and grill. Try not to overcook lobster.
  • Remove lobster from grill and season with a little, red peeper flakes, black peeper and salt.
  • Brush with remaining garlic and now you can serve.

Servings suggestions:

You can serve with brown butter , crispy roasted potatoes. Use green beans or a feta cucumber salad.
