Ground Beef Stir Fry Making Process :

  • Cook the ground beef and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Take off the ground beef and place it on a plate .
  • Add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet after draining the fat. Add mushrooms, bell pepper, zucchini, snap peas, and carrots. Sate until tender for 2-3 minutes adding the ground back to the skillet.
  • Whisk brown Sugar, red peeper flakes , sesame oil, ginger, soy sauce and peeper. Pour over the ground meat and let simmer for one more little while.

  • Peeper : 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Packed Brown Sugar : 1/2 Cup
  • Shredded Carrots : !/2 Cup
  • Sesame Seeds and Sliced Green Onion
  • Crushed Red Peeper Flakes : 1/4 Teaspoon
  • Ground Ginger : 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Reduced sodium soy Sauce : 1/2 cup
  • Mushroom sliced : 8 Ounces
  • Sugar snap Peas : 1/2 Cup
  • 1 red Bell Peeper sliced
  • Garlic clove minced : 3
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
