Ingredients :
- Milk : 2 Cup
- White Sugar : 1 Teaspoon
- Salt : 1/2 Teaspoon
- 1 Egg
- 1 Lemon( zested)
- Oil : 2 Teaspoons
- Frozen Blueberries : 1 Cup
- Butter : 1/2 Teaspoon
- Baking Powder : 1 Tablespoon
- All purpose Flour :1.5 cups
Directions:
- In a big bowl, sift together sugar, salt and baking powder.
- Whisk milk and egg in a small bowl. While whisking, add the milk mixture and egg combination to the flour mixture. stir in lemon zest and melted butter.
- Heat a griddle over medium-high heat after lightly oiling it. Pour the batter into a 1/4-cup measuring cup and onto the hot griddles. Place a few blueberries there, then add some batter to cover them. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes, or until bubbles appear and the edges are dry. 2 to 3 minutes after flipping, grill the opposite side until browned. With the Remaining Batter, repeat.
