How to Make Skinny Taste Lasagna Soup:

  • Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, spray with oil, and add the sausage; cook until browned, about 5 minutes, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Cook until the chopped onion and crushed garlic are soft, about  5 minutes.
  • Add the parsley, broth, water, marinara sauce, bay leaves, and fresh black pepper to the slow cooker. Set the cooker to  high for 4 hrs.
  • Meanwhile, combine the ricotta, parmesan, and 2 tablespoons parsley in a medium bowl and mix well; set aside until the soup is ready.
  • Remove the bay leaves about 30 minutes before the soup is ready and add the broken pasta. Cover and cook about 30 minutes. Divide the mixture among 6 bowls and top with 2 tbsp ricotta , mozzarella, fresh basil ,fresh cracked pepper, and  cheese mixture.

Ingredients :

  • Cloves Garlic : 2 (crushed)
  • Water : 2.5 cups
  • Onion : 1 ( chopped)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Marinara Sauce : 2 cups
  • Black peeper ( black Crushed)
  • 6 oz broken lasagna noodles ,whole wheat or or gluten free
  • cooking spray
  • low sodium : 3 cups , fat free chicken broth
  • 4 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • Basil Chiffonade : 1/4 cup
  • 4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup part skim ricotta cheese
