- Add the parsley, broth, water, marinara sauce, bay leaves, and fresh black pepper to the slow cooker. Set the cooker to high for 4 hrs.
- Meanwhile, combine the ricotta, parmesan, and 2 tablespoons parsley in a medium bowl and mix well; set aside until the soup is ready.
- Remove the bay leaves about 30 minutes before the soup is ready and add the broken pasta. Cover and cook about 30 minutes. Divide the mixture among 6 bowls and top with 2 tbsp ricotta , mozzarella, fresh basil ,fresh cracked pepper, and cheese mixture.
